Asparagus with Miso Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 1 tbsp Yutaka White Miso Paste
- 1 tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 1/2tsp Yutaka Mirin
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp warm water
Directions
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Add asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes until just tender. Drain and refresh under cold water.
- In a small bowl, whisk together white miso, soy sauce, rice vinegar, mirin, sesame oil, sugar and warm water until smooth.
- Arrange the asparagus on a serving plate.
- Spoon over the miso dressing.
- Serve as a side dish or light starter, warm or at room temperature.
