Shiitake Mushrooms with Ponzu dressing

Ingredients
- 200g fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems removed
- 2 tbsp Yutaka Yuzu Ponzu
- 1 tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Yutaka Mirin
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat a grill or griddle pan to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix yuzu ponzu, soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil to make the glaze.
- Toss the shiitake mushrooms with vegetbale oil.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until tender and lightly charred.
- Brush with the glaze and cook for a further minute, allowing the sauce to caramelise sightly.
- Transfer to a serving plate and scatter with sliced spring onion.
- Serve warm as a side dish or topping for rice.
