Sushi Bowl

Ingredients

  • 150g Yutaka Sushi Rice
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
  • 400g Cooked Salmon
  • 1 Carrot
  • 200g Red Cabbage
  • 200g Radishes
  • 2cm Ginger
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Yutaka Wasabi Paste
  • Yutaka Sushi Ginger

Directions

  1.  Thinly slice your carrot and cucumber into ribbons. Chop your red cabbage, ginger and radishes.
  2. Cook sushi rice in line with packet instructions then add the rice vinegar and set aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Put the rice into bowls and add all other ingredients. Enjoy!
