Ingredients
- 150g Yutaka Sushi Rice
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 400g Cooked Salmon
- 1 Carrot
- 200g Red Cabbage
- 200g Radishes
- 2cm Ginger
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- Yutaka Wasabi Paste
- Yutaka Sushi Ginger
Directions
- Thinly slice your carrot and cucumber into ribbons. Chop your red cabbage, ginger and radishes.
- Cook sushi rice in line with packet instructions then add the rice vinegar and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Put the rice into bowls and add all other ingredients. Enjoy!
