Black Cod with Miso and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 2 x Black Cod Fillets
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Cooking Sake
  • 100g Yutaka White Miso
  • 1 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Sushi Ginger
  • 2 Pak Choi 

Directions

  1. Mix the mirin, sake, miso and soy sauce together in a bowl.
  2. Add the cod and coat thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 8 hours.
  3. Cook the cod according to packet instructions. Whilst this is cooking, boil your Pak Choi for 2-4 minutes.
  4. Serve the cod with Pak Choi and sushi ginger.
