Ingredients
- 2 x Black Cod Fillets
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Cooking Sake
- 100g Yutaka White Miso
- 1 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Sushi Ginger
- 2 Pak Choi
Directions
- Mix the mirin, sake, miso and soy sauce together in a bowl.
- Add the cod and coat thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 8 hours.
- Cook the cod according to packet instructions. Whilst this is cooking, boil your Pak Choi for 2-4 minutes.
- Serve the cod with Pak Choi and sushi ginger.
