Ingredients
- 4 Yutaka Bao Buns
- 200g pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 small cucumber
Directions
- Thinly slice your carrot, celery and cucumber.
- In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pork is coated and caramelized. Set aside.
- Steam the buns according to packet instructions.
- Carefully slice the steamed buns open and fill each with carrot, celery, and cucumber. Serve warm.
