Honey Garlic Yakitori

For that summer feel when the winter blues hit.


    • 3 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
    • 3 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
    • 30ml Yutaka Cooking Sake
    • 3 Tbsp Honey
    • 2 Cloves Garlic
    • 2cm Ginger (grated)
    • 2 Spring Onions
    • 1 Packet Yutaka Yakitori Skewers


    1. Cook the Chicken Yakitori according to packet instructions.
    2. Finely chop the garlic and spring onions.
    3. Add your soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake,  honey, garlic, ginger and spring onions to a saucepan and bring to the boil.
    4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
    5. Serve the sauce alongside the Chicken Yakitori for dipping.
