Ingredients
- 250g Yutaka Kimchi
- 4 Tbsp Kimchi Brine (drained from jar)
- 4 Tbsp Yutaka Gochujang
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Suace
- 200g Yutaka Rice (cooked)
- 4 Spring Onions
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 Tsp Yutaka Sesame seeds
Directions
- Slice your spring onions and kimchi.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large pan and add the white bottom of your spring onion along with garlic for 2 minutes.
- Add the kimchi and brine - stir in.
- Next add the gouchujang and soy sauce and mix together - cook for around 2-3 mins.
- Stir in the rice along with sesame oil, sesame seeds and the green part of the spring onions.
- In a seperate frying pan, heat 1 Tbsp oil and fry your egg sunny side up on a low heat.
- Serve in two bowls with a fried egg on top of each.
