Kimchi Tofu Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Jar Yutaka Kimchi
  • 1/2 Pack Yutaka Silken Tofu
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 1/2 Tsp Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Ginger Paste

Directions

  1. Chop your tofu, onion and spring onions.
  2. Add your stock, soy sauce and 150ml water to a pan and bring to the boil.
  3. Add the kimchi, onion and spring onion - simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Next add in the tofu and continue to simmer for a further 5 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
