Ingredients
- 1 Jar Yutaka Kimchi
- 1/2 Pack Yutaka Silken Tofu
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 1/2 Tsp Chicken Stock
- 1 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Ginger Paste
Directions
- Chop your tofu, onion and spring onions.
- Add your stock, soy sauce and 150ml water to a pan and bring to the boil.
- Add the kimchi, onion and spring onion - simmer for 5 minutes.
- Next add in the tofu and continue to simmer for a further 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
