King Prawns Japanese BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
- 200g raw king prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Yutaka Mirin
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 1/2 tsp Yutaka Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
- Lime wedges, to serve
Directions
- In a bowl, toss the prawns with soy sauce, mirin and vegetable oil. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Thread prawns onto skewers if using a grill, or leave loose for a frying pan.
- Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and lightly charred.
- Brush with tonkatsu sauce and cook for a final 30 seconds to glaze.
- Drizzle either sesame oil and scatter with spring onion.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
