Soy Tuna for Wasabi Mash

Ingredients

  • 2 Tuna Steaks
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Wasabi Paste
  • 3 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vingear
  • 3 Large Potatoes
  • 100ml Milk
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 50g Cooked Edamame Beans

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and rice vinegar.
  2. Add the tuna and coat thoroughly - cover and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
  3. Chop your potatoes and add to a large pan od boiling water. Cook until soft.
  4. In another pan heat the milk and mix in the wasabi and potatoes. Mash until smooth.
  5. Cook the tuna according to packet instructions.
  6. Serve the tuna and mash with edamame beans.
