Soy Tuna for Wasabi Mash

Ingredients
- 2 Tuna Steaks
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Wasabi Paste
- 3 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vingear
- 3 Large Potatoes
- 100ml Milk
- 2 Spring Onions
- 50g Cooked Edamame Beans
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and rice vinegar.
- Add the tuna and coat thoroughly - cover and place in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
- Chop your potatoes and add to a large pan od boiling water. Cook until soft.
- In another pan heat the milk and mix in the wasabi and potatoes. Mash until smooth.
- Cook the tuna according to packet instructions.
- Serve the tuna and mash with edamame beans.
