Teriyaki Salmon
Perfectly crispy on the outside and perfectly tender inside.

Ingredients
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 120ml Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 60ml Yutaka Mirin
- 60ml Yutaka Cooking Sake
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Ginger (grated)
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds
- 2 Spring Onions
- 200g Cooked Yutaka Rice
Directions
- In a saucepan on a low heat, mix together the soy sauce, mirin, cooking sake, 1 tbsp sugar and ginger. Simmer for 5 minutes and leave to cool.
- Place the Salmon Fillets in a shallow dish and put Teriyaki Sauce over them.
- Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes, turning occassionally to ensure even coating.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the Salmon Fillets, skin side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the Salmon is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
- Sprinkle the cooked salmon with Sesame Seeds and sliced Spring Onions - serve with rice.
