Chilled Tomato and Tuna Spaghetti

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Tin Tuna
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Salad tomatoes
  • 150g Spaghetti 
  • Basil (to serve)

Directions

  1. Chop your onion and tomatoes.
  2. Cook your spaghetti according to packet instructions - drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, oil and brine from tuna can and whisk together.
  4. Add tomatoes, onion and tuna and mix thoroughly. Cover and put in the fridge for half an hour.
  5. Toss the spaghetti and tuna mixture together - garnish with basil and serve.
