Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 1 Tin Tuna
- 1 Onion
- 2 Salad tomatoes
- 150g Spaghetti
- Basil (to serve)
Directions
- Chop your onion and tomatoes.
- Cook your spaghetti according to packet instructions - drain and set aside.
- In a bowl add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, oil and brine from tuna can and whisk together.
- Add tomatoes, onion and tuna and mix thoroughly. Cover and put in the fridge for half an hour.
- Toss the spaghetti and tuna mixture together - garnish with basil and serve.
