Ingredients

  • 4 Yutaka Bao Buns
  • 200g pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 small cucumber

Directions

  1. Thinly slice your carrot, celery and cucumber.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced pork, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pork is coated and caramelized. Set aside.
  3. Steam the buns according to packet instructions.
  4. Carefully slice the steamed buns open and fill each with carrot, celery, and cucumber. Serve warm.
