  • 60ml Yutaka Mirin
  • 60ml Yutaka Cooking Sake
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Ginger (grated)

  • 2 Spring Onions

  2. Place the Salmon Fillets in a shallow dish and put Teriyaki Sauce over them.
  3. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes, turning occassionally to ensure even coating.
  4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the Salmon Fillets, skin side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the Salmon is cooked through and has a nice glaze.
  6. Sprinkle the cooked salmon with Sesame Seeds and sliced Spring Onions - serve with rice.
