Tofu Salad with Wasabi dressing

Mouth-watering tofu salad served with wasabi dressing, a great combination.

Serves 1-2 

  • 3 heads of lettuce
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/3 cucumber
  • 1 tomato or 5-6 cherry tomatos
  • 1/2 pack Yutaka Tofu(diced)


  • 3 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • Yutaka Wasabi Paste(to taste)
  • mayonnaise (optional)


sliced Yutaka Sushi Nori Seaweed


  1. Chop avocado, cucumber and tomato. Tear lettuce into pieces and mix in a bowl with the other vegetables.
  2. Chop tofu and mix carefully with the rest of the vegetables in the bowl.
  3.  Mix Yutaka Soy Sauce and Yutaka Wasabi Paste to make a dressing. Dress the salad and sprinkle with sliced Yutaka Sushi Nori Seaweed. Serve.
