Yuzokosho Grilled Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breast fillets
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 2 Tsp Ginger
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
- 3/4 Tsp Yuzukosho Chilli Paste
Directions
- Finely mince your garlic and ginger.
- Mix the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, mirin and chilli paste in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Add the Chicken and turn to coat well. Cover and put in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour.
- Put your grill on a high heat and add in your chicken on a baking tray. Turn regularly and cook for around 10 minutes, basting the chicken with the remaining sauce left in the bowl.
- Put the chicken on the skewers and serve.
