Yuzokosho Grilled Chicken Skewers

  • 4 Chicken Breast fillets
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
  • 3/4 Tsp Yuzukosho Chilli Paste


  1.  Finely mince your garlic and ginger.
  2. Mix the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, mirin and chilli paste in a bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Add the Chicken and turn to coat well. Cover and put in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour.
  4. Put your grill on a high heat and add in your chicken on a baking tray. Turn regularly and cook for around 10 minutes, basting the chicken with the remaining sauce left in the bowl.
  5. Put the chicken on the skewers and serve.
