Grilled Teriyaki Fish with Vegetables and Noodles

Ingredients
- 4 Cod Fillets
- 3 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 3cm Ginger
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Pack Yutaka Udon Noodles
- 1 Broccoli
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 2 Peppers
- 4 Spring Onions
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Lime
Directions
- Chop your broccoli, red onion, peppers and spring onions. Grate the garlic and ginger.
- Add 2 Tbsp soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic in a pan - simmer for 2-3minutes.
- Brush your cod fillets with half the sauce and cook according to packet instructions. Baste with the rest of the sauce while cooking.
- Cook the noodles according to packet instructions.
- In a large pan, heat the oil and add red onion, peppers and broccoli along with the ginger. Fry for a couple of minutes.
- Stir in the noodles along with juice from the lime and remaining soy sauce.
- Serve with the fish on top and garnish with spring onions.
