Grilled Teriyaki Fish with Vegetables and Noodles

Ingredients

  • 4 Cod Fillets
  • 3 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 3cm Ginger
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Pack Yutaka Udon Noodles
  • 1 Broccoli
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 2 Peppers
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Lime

Directions

  1. Chop your broccoli, red onion, peppers and spring onions. Grate the garlic and ginger.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic in a pan - simmer for 2-3minutes.
  3. Brush your cod fillets with half the sauce and cook according to packet instructions. Baste with the rest of the sauce while cooking.
  4. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions.
  5. In a large pan, heat the oil and add red onion, peppers and broccoli along with the ginger. Fry for a couple of minutes.
  6. Stir in the noodles along with juice from the lime and remaining soy sauce.
  7. Serve with the fish on top and garnish with spring onions.
