Twice-Cooked Pork Belly
Mouthwatering twist on twice-cooked pork. Originating from Sichuan but enjoyed in Japan.

Ingredients
- 150g Pork Belly
- 200g Cabbage
- 2 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 Tsp Chilli Paste
- 1 Tsp Oil
Directions
- Slice your pork belly, cabbage and green pepper. Mince the garlic.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the garlic, pork and chilli paste - fry for 5 minutes.
- Next add the cabbage and pepper to the pan and cook for a further 4 minutes.
- Add your miso and soy sauce to the pan with a tablespoon of water. Mix thorougly.
- Serve and enjoy!
