Pan-Fried Gyoza
Perfect for parties or as a simple yet satisfying weekday meal, our range of Gyoza dumplings are quick and easy to make. Available at Ocado and many oriental stores with three flavours: chicken, vegetarian and quinoa.

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Yutaka Gyoza
Dipping Sauce:
- Mix 5 tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce, 4 tsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar and an optional splash of chilli oil
Directions
- For frying and steaming gyoza, use 24 cm size of a non-stick frying pan with lid.
- Heat the pan to high, then add the oil.
- Put about 12 gyoza quickly into the pan, wait until bottom of the gyoza to brown for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour 80ml of water (depending on the size of the frying pan) into the pan from rim, then cover with the lid. Reduce the heat to medium low, steam for 4 mins.
- After the water has evaporated, the bottom of gyoza should be crispy again.
- To keep the bottom of the dumplings crisp, serve it upwards.
