Ingredients

  • 250g Cooked Yutaka Rice (Cooled)
  • 200g Ready to Eat King Prawns
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 Packet Yutaka Edamame
  • 5 Radishes
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 2 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Sushi Ginger
  • 1 Tsp Yutaka Black Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Chop your cucumber, spring onions, radishes and avocado - set aside.
  2. Mix the rice vinegar, mirin, sesame oil and sushi ginger together in a bowl.
  3. Put cold rice in a seperate bowl and add half the dressing- mix well.
  4. Add the prawns and chopped veg and toss thoroughly.
  5. Add the rest of the dressing and sesame seeds to garnish.
