Ingredients
- 250g Cooked Yutaka Rice (Cooled)
- 200g Ready to Eat King Prawns
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Packet Yutaka Edamame
- 5 Radishes
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Mirin
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Sushi Ginger
- 1 Tsp Yutaka Black Sesame Seeds
Directions
- Chop your cucumber, spring onions, radishes and avocado - set aside.
- Mix the rice vinegar, mirin, sesame oil and sushi ginger together in a bowl.
- Put cold rice in a seperate bowl and add half the dressing- mix well.
- Add the prawns and chopped veg and toss thoroughly.
- Add the rest of the dressing and sesame seeds to garnish.
