Stir Fried Vegetable Gyoza

Ingredients

  • 5 Yutaka Vegetable Gyoza
  • 1/2 Carrot
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Red and 1 Green Pepper
  • 150g Yutaka Edamame
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Suce
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Shred the carrot, pepper and cucumber. Chop the spring onions.
  2. Cook the Gyoza according to packet instructions.
  3. Whilst they are cooking, add the carrot, pepper, edamame and soy sauce to a pan and cook on a medium heat for 2 mins.
  4. Serve all the veg in a bowl and top with the gyoza. Garnish with soy sauce and spring onions.
