Ingredients
- 4x Rump Steaks
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 1 Pack Yutaka Soba Noodles
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 3 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 40ml Yutaka Mirin
- 4 Spring Onions
- Sesame Seed to garnish
Directions
- Heat frying pan to a high heat- brush your steaks with oil and add to the pan. Cook according to packet instructions. Cover and set aside.
- Cook noodles according to packet intructions and then rince and toss with sesame oil.
- Whisk your miso and mirin in a small pan on mid-heat.
- Thinly slice your steaks and then toss with the noodles, miso dressing and spring onions. Garnish with sesame seeds.
