Ingredients
- 1.5kg Pork Shoulder
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Chinese 5 Spice
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1cm Ginger (grated)
- 3 Tbsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 300ml Beef Stock
- 10 Yutaka Bao Buns
- 120ml Hoisin Sauce
- 2 Carrots
- 1/2 Cucumber
- Coriander, to serve
Directions
- Chop the onion and add to a large pan with the pork, soy sauce, 5 spice, garlic poweder, ginger, sweet chilli sauce and stock.
- Mix together and cook on a low heat for 2-3 hours.
- Once it is falling apart easily, shred the pork with a fork.
- Shred the cucumber and carrot.
- Steam your bao buns and place the pulled pork, hoisin sauce, carrot, cucumber and coriander inside.
