Spicy Tuna Maki Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Tsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 1 Packet Yutaka Sushi Rice (cooked)
- 2 Tins of Tuna
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha Mayo
- 1 Tsp Sriracha
- 4 Yutaka Nori
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Tsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds
Directions
- Finely slice your cucumber lengthwise. Chop your spring onion.
- Mix the Tuna, Sriracha Mayo and Sriracha together in a bowl.
- Place your nori sheet on a bamboo mat and using dampened hands spread rice evenly across.
- Place 1/4 of tuna mixture in a straight line on top of the flat rice.
- Top with cucumber.
- Firmly roll the bamboo into a roll and repeat 4 times.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
