Beef Soba Noodle

A tasty twist on a traditional Japanese sob recipe.

  • 4x Rump Steaks
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Pack Yutaka Soba Noodles
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
  • 40ml Yutaka Mirin
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • Sesame Seed to garnish


  1.  Heat frying pan to a high heat- brush your steaks with oil and add to the pan. Cook according to packet instructions. Cover and set aside.
  2. Cook noodles according to packet intructions and then rince and toss with sesame oil.
  3. Whisk your miso and mirin in a small pan on mid-heat.
  4. Thinly slice your steaks and then toss with the noodles, miso dressing and spring onions. Garnish with sesame seeds.
