No BBQ is completer without a decent slaw. And this Japanese Coleslaw is set to take the season by storm.

Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage
- 1 large carrot
- 3 spring onions
- 3 tbsp Yutaka soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Yutaka rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp Yutaka sesame seeds
Directions
- Finely slice the cabbage and spring onions, then grate the carrot.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and grated ginger until the sugar is dissolved.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, sliced spring onions.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss thoroughly to coat.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top and enjoy!
