Kimchi Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 Large egg
- 1 Tbsp Kimchi Brine
- 60ml Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 180ml Flour
- 360ml Kimchi
- 4 Spring Onions
- 1 Tbsp Oil
Directions
- Chop the kimchi and spring onions.
- Crack the egg into a bowl and add kimchi brine, soy sauce and 30ml water.
- Whisk in the flour and 180ml more water - adding slowly.
- Add the kimchi and half the spring onions to the bowl and mix.
- Heat the oil in a pan on a medium-high heat.
- Pour your batter in so that it fills the pan and cook for around 2 mins each side.
- Repeat the process until you have around 6-8 pancakes.
- Serve with the remaining spring onions.
