Kimchi Pancakes

Kimchi Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 Tbsp Kimchi Brine
  • 60ml Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 180ml Flour
  • 360ml Kimchi
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Oil

Directions

  1. Chop the kimchi and spring onions.
  2. Crack the egg into a bowl and add kimchi brine, soy sauce and 30ml water.
  3. Whisk in the flour and 180ml more water - adding slowly.
  4. Add the kimchi and half the spring onions to the bowl and mix.
  5. Heat the oil in a pan on a medium-high heat.
  6. Pour your batter in so that it fills the pan and cook for around 2 mins each side.
  7. Repeat the process until you have around 6-8 pancakes.
  8. Serve with the remaining spring onions.
