Uramaki - Inside-out Sushi Rolls

Uramaki - Inside-out Sushi Rolls

Uramaki means inside out roll, which means the rice is on the outside giving it a unique variation to the usual sushi roll. This is ideal for sushi with fillings that consist of more than one ingredient, which means you can enjoy being creative with the filling!
