Ingredients
- 2 Mackerel Fillets
- 4 Tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 Tsp Mirin
- 150g Yutaka Rice
- 1cm Ginger (grated)
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Chilli
- 1 Tbsp Oil
Directions
- Mix the miso, sugar and mirin together in a small bowl.
- Brush the mackerel with oil and cover it with the mixture. Put in the fridge.
- Cook the rice according to packet instructions. Add the ginger, chilli and spring onions and mix well.
- Grill the mackerel according to packet instructions and serve with the rice.
