Onion Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 small white onion, finely chopped
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar

Directions

  1. Finely chop the white onion and place it in a small bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chopped onion and mix well to combine.
  4. Ler the dressing sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
  5. Serve over a fresh salad, as a dipping sauce for vegetables, or as dressing for grilled meats.
