Ingredients
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
Directions
- Finely chop the white onion and place it in a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the chopped onion and mix well to combine.
- Ler the dressing sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavours to meld.
- Serve over a fresh salad, as a dipping sauce for vegetables, or as dressing for grilled meats.
