Miso Roasted Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
  • 1 tsp Yutaka Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Yutaka White Sesame Seeds
  • 1 spring onion, finely sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the miso paste, gochujang, soy sauce and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly in the marinade.
  4. Spread the cauliflower out on a lined baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and slightly crisp at the edges.
  5. Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.
