Tuna steak with Cucumber Salad and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 Tuna Steak
  • 1 Tsp Yutaka Mirin
  • 2 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tsp Yutaka Wasabi Paste
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Tsp Oil
  • 1/2 Chilli
  • 1/2 Lime
  • 1 Tsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds
  • Cooked Yutaka Rice (to serve)
  • Coriander (to serve)

Directions

  1. Finely chop the chilli and coriander. Chop the cucumber into ribbons.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mirin, soy sauce, sesame oil, 1 tsp oil, chilli, juice from the lime and wasabi paste.
  3. Add the cucumber and set aside.
  4. Brush the tuna with the remaining oil and fry in a pan on a medium-high heat according to the packet instructions.
  5. Serve the fish with sesame seeds, rice, coriander and mixture from the bow.
