Salmon Tartines with Wasabi Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 Pack Puff Pastry
- 60ml Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Mirin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Sushi Ginger
- 1 Tbsp Yutaka Hon Wasabi Paste
- 400g Salmon
- 40g Watercress
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Lime
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Roll your pastry out on a lined baking tray with a rolling pin until it is a flat rectangle.
- Cut the pastry with a cookie cutter in your desired shape or into equal sized squares.
- Bake for around 12 minutes.
- Whilst your pastry is cooking, blend the avocado, juice from the lime and wasabi paste in a blender then set aside.
- Next mix together the vinegar, mirin, soy sauce and ginger into a bowl.
- Remove your pastry from the oven and leave to cool for around 10 mintues. Whilst cooling, chop your salmon finely.
- Once cooled, spread each square with the avocado mixture, then add salmon and the dressing on top. Garnish with watercress.
