Superfood Rice Salad

    Ingredients

    • 300g Yutaka Rice
    • 1 Avocado
    • 150g Yutaka Edamame
    • 4 Radishes
    • 100g Lambs Lettuce
    • 1 Tsp Yutaka Wasabi Paste
    • 5 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
    • 2 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
    • 2 Tsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds

    Directions

    1. Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
    2. Once cooked, set aside to cool.
    3. Chop the avocado and radishes.
    4. In a separate bowl, mix together your wasabi, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
    5. Stir the dressing into the rice and garnish with avocado, radishes, lambs lettuce and sesame seeds.
