Ingredients
- 300g Yutaka Rice
- 1 Avocado
- 150g Yutaka Edamame
- 4 Radishes
- 100g Lambs Lettuce
- 1 Tsp Yutaka Wasabi Paste
- 5 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 2 Tsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds
Directions
- Cook the rice according to packet instructions.
- Once cooked, set aside to cool.
- Chop the avocado and radishes.
- In a separate bowl, mix together your wasabi, rice vinegar and soy sauce.
- Stir the dressing into the rice and garnish with avocado, radishes, lambs lettuce and sesame seeds.
