Ingredients
- 4 Spring Onions
- 300cl Chicken stock
- 1 Tsp Roasted Sesame oil
- 4 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 8 Yutaka Gyozas
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Coriander
Directions
- Prepare the soup by chopping your spring onions, then adding one to a pan with your chicken stock and bringing to a boil.
- Once this is bubbling, add soy sauce and sesame oil with some salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil and put in around 8 Gyoza cook for 4 minutes.
- To serve, heat up your soup and pour over your Gyoza. Garnish with the remaining spring onions and coriander.
