  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 300cl Chicken stock
  • 1 Tsp Roasted Sesame oil
  • 4 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 8 Yutaka Gyozas
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Coriander


  1.  Prepare the soup by chopping your spring onions, then adding one to a pan with your chicken stock and bringing to a boil.
  2. Once this is bubbling, add soy sauce and sesame oil with some salt and pepper.
  3.  Set aside.
  4. Bring a large pan of water to the boil and put in around 8 Gyoza cook for 4 minutes.
  5. To serve, heat up your soup and pour over your Gyoza. Garnish with the remaining spring onions and coriander.
