  • 1 hour
  • Medium
  • Mains
  • 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1/2 Cup flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150g Yutaka Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 100g Yutaka Japanese Style Curry Sauce
  • 2 Brioche Burger Buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 Radish (Sliced)
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1.  Place one Chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Pound it gently with a meat mallet or a rolling pin until it's about 1/2 inch thick. Repeat with the other Chicken breast.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up breading station with three shallow bowls. Place the flour in the first bowl, beat eggs in the second bowl, and put the panko breadcrumbs in the third bowl. Dip each Chicken breast into the flour, then eggs, then panko.
  4. In a large pan, add enough vegetable oil to submerge the chicken, about 1/2 inch deep. Heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Carefully place the breaded chicken breasts into the hot oil. Cook for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through. Pop the cooked chicken on some kitchen towel to drain any excess oil.
  6. Heat your Yutaka Japanese Style Curry Sauce according to the packet instructions.
  7. Now it is time to assemble the burger-toast your buns in a toaster or a pan until lightly browned.
  8. Add mayonnaise to each side and put a lettuce leaf and chopped radish on the bottom half.
  9. Add your Chicken and drizzle the Curry sauce on top.
  10. Place the top half of your bun on the top and enjoy!
