Ingredients
- 1 Pack Yutaka Udon Noodles
- 2 Pak Choi
- 200g Yutaka Edamame
- 50g Beetroot
- 200g Spinach
- 2 Tsp Yutaka Miso Sauce
- 1 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- Coriander (to serve)
Directions
- Chop the Pak Choi, Edamame, Beetroot and spring onions.
- Place the Pak Choi into a bowl, along with Miso paste and Soy Sauce.
- Pour boiling water into the bowl so it is half way full and leave for a minute.
- Stir in the Edamame beans, noodles, spring onions and sesame seeds.
- Pour more boiling water into the bowl until it is full and leave for another two minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and serve.
