Directions
- 300g pork shoulder or pork belly, thinly sliced
- 1 packet Katsu Curry Sauce with Vegetables
- 1 packet Yutaka Udon Noddles
- 100g Yutaka Edamame Beans
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds
Directions
- Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced pork and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Stir the Katsu curry sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld.
- Add the edamame beans to the curry sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Toss the cooked udon noodles into the pan, mixing to coat them evenly with the curry sauce.
- Serve tthe pork curry udon hot, garnished with sliced spring onions and sprinkle of sesame seeds.
