Pork Curry Udon

Directions

  • 300g pork shoulder or pork belly, thinly sliced
  • 1 packet Katsu Curry Sauce with Vegetables
  • 1 packet Yutaka Udon Noddles
  • 100g Yutaka Edamame Beans
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tbsp Yutaka Sesame Seeds

Directions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced pork and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir the Katsu curry sauce and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavours to meld.
  4. Add the edamame beans to the curry sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Toss the cooked udon noodles into the pan, mixing to coat them evenly with the curry sauce. 
  6. Serve tthe pork curry udon hot, garnished with sliced spring onions and sprinkle of sesame seeds.
