Miso Greens Noodle Pot

  • 1 Pack Yutaka Udon Noodles
  • 2 Pak Choi
  • 200g Yutaka Edamame
  • 50g Beetroot
  • 200g Spinach
  • 2 Tsp Yutaka Miso Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • Coriander (to serve)


  1. Chop the Pak Choi, Edamame, Beetroot and spring onions.
  2. Place the Pak Choi into a bowl, along with Miso paste and Soy Sauce.
  3. Pour boiling water into the bowl so it is half way full and leave for a minute.
  4. Stir in the Edamame beans, noodles, spring onions and sesame seeds.
  5. Pour more boiling water into the bowl until it is full and leave for another two minutes.
  6. Garnish with coriander and serve.
