Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Miso Paste
- 1 tsp Yutaka Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Yutaka Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Yutaka White Sesame Seeds
- 1 spring onion, finely sliced
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the miso paste, gochujang, soy sauce and olive oil until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly in the marinade.
- Spread the cauliflower out on a lined baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and slightly crisp at the edges.
- Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions.
