Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Yutaka White Miso
  • 2 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 Green Cabbage
  • 1/2 Red Cabbage
  • 2 Carrots
  • 100g Yutaka Edamame Beans
  • Handful Coriander (to serve)
  • Sriracha Mayo (to serve)

Directions

  1. Mix together your miso, rice vinegar and oi - set aside.
  2. Thinly slice the cabbage and carrots.
  3. Add the edamame beans and toss the salad with the miso mixture.
  4. Garnish with coriander and sriracha mayo and serve.
