Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Yutaka White Miso
- 2 Tbsp Yutaka Rice Vinegar
- 5 Tbsp Oil
- 1/2 Green Cabbage
- 1/2 Red Cabbage
- 2 Carrots
- 100g Yutaka Edamame Beans
- Handful Coriander (to serve)
- Sriracha Mayo (to serve)
Directions
- Mix together your miso, rice vinegar and oi - set aside.
- Thinly slice the cabbage and carrots.
- Add the edamame beans and toss the salad with the miso mixture.
- Garnish with coriander and sriracha mayo and serve.
